Domestic violence: Women beaten to death by husband

Argument started over domestic disputes.

FAISALABAD: A woman was beaten to death in Mammu Kanjan area on Friday allegedly by her husband.  The FIR registered with the police on a complaint by Muhammad Akram, a brother of deceased Saadia Bibi, 20, alleged that her husband Ghulam Haider had beaten her after an argument at their home in Chak 508-GB. It said she was taken to a hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. Police said a team had been formed to track down and arrest the suspect.
