Threat: Railways enhance security for Eid

Passengers are urged to inform police upon seeing any unattended luggage or suspicious looking individual on board.

LAHORE: Pakistan Railways administration have enhanced security deployment for important buildings and trains on the occasion of Eidul Fitr citing a threat of terrorism.

According to a notification issued on Friday, additional police have been deployed for security at Railways Headquarters, divisional superintendent offices and railway stations. Passengers are urged to inform police upon seeing any unattended luggage or suspicious looking individual on board.
