Tragedy: Doctors’ strike claims woman’s life

Due to non availability of doctors, a pregnant woman passed away for want of medical aid.

QUETTA: The on going strike of doctors in the city claimed the lives of a pregnant woman and her unborn child. Due to non availability of doctors, the pregnant wife of the Riasat Khan passed away for want of medical aid. Khan said that when he reached the hospital with his wife, no doctor was on duty, owing to which his wife did not get timely medical attention and died amid labour pains.
