PAC move: Status of previous audits to be reviewed

ISLAMABAD: The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) will review audit reports and implementation statuses of previous PAC directives for different financial years starting from 1996 to 2009 on Monday. According to the schedule, the PAC will consider deferred and printed paras for the ministry of privatisation, Establishment Division, Election Commission of Pakistan and the Cabinet Division on July 31. Official sources said that Secretary Roomana Kakar has issued letters to the departments regarding the committee’s meeting.
