LAHORE: “The Punjab government is alive to recreational needs of the people,” Rukhsana Kausar, advisor to Chief Minister on Wildlife and Parks, said on Tuesday. She was talking to some reporters at her office. She said improved canteens have been provided at the Lahore Safari Park and the Lahore Zoo. She regretted that during a visit to Jallo Park, she had found most of the staff absent from duty. She said their cases had been sent to the wildlife and parks secretary for disciplinary action.
