1-year extensions recommended for 4 PHC additional judges

ISLAMABAD: The Judicial Commission on Saturday recommended a one year extension in the tenure of four additional judges of the Peshawar High Court.

The decision was taken during a meeting of the commission chaired by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry at the Supreme Court building in Islamabad.

The commission recommended that Shah Jahan Khanzada and Irshad Qaisar be appointed as additional judges of the PHC and also proposed a one year extension in the service of Justice Khalid Mehmood, Justice Nisar hussain, Justice Waqar Ahmed Seth and Justice Qaisar Rasheed.

The courts discourages extensions for others. What a Justice???
