Salt To Taste
Lemon Juice To Taste
Tomato Ketchup 02 Tbs
Cucumber Sliced 04 pcs
Fresh Cream 01 Tbs
Prawn (Boiled) 04 pcs
Ginger To Taste
Prepare the prawns
Boil water with a small piece of ginger, lemon juice and salt.
Add prawns in boiling water for a minute.
Remove them and put prawns in ice-cold water.
Make the cocktail sauce
Mix the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce.
Mix fresh cream well and add to sauce mixture.
Place sauce mixture in the center of a plate in a decorative way.
Add the prawns to the sauce.
