LAHORE: The Election Commission of Pakistan has announced July 19 as the date for holding by-elections in NA-151 Multan-IV of National Assembly, which has become vacant due to the disqualification of Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani.
The dates for filing of nomination papers are June 25 and 26. Nomination papers will be scrutinised on June 28 and 29. Appeals can be filed against the nominations till July 2.
The final list of candidates will be published on July 6 and polling will take place on July 19.
