Solving Balochistan
TORONTO, CANADA: This is with reference to your editorial “Solving Balochistan” (June 21). The Supreme Court wants to investigate the role played by the Frontier Corps and the police in Balochistan, but it should also summon those Baloch nationalists who support the use of violence in the province to meet their ends. It would be meaningless to focus on the activities of the Frontier Corps and the police alone, while ignoring the violent acts being carried out by non-state actors in the province.

Paying the cost
My friend, you’ve got to remember that aggrieved parties do not mend, It is always the guilty party to step forward, The Baloch are hopeless and do not expect justice from Pakistan’s apex court, but knowing the fact that commoners too fail to understand what Balochistan has gone through is indeed disappointing.

@Mureed Bizenjo:
it is very unfortunate that the lashkar of sardars and war lords have vested interests in flaring the conflict, in fact as before, these sardars want to use wealth of Baluchistan for their own selfish selves and there are a small amount of baluchies who are with them. Except Murees and some of the Bugties rest of the Baluchistani tribesmen are peaceful, if you see over all percentage then it is known that only 10% people are taking the whole province for the ride. Dear brother, the wealth of Baluchistan is for Baluchies and Pakistanis not for Brahamdagh and Hyrbyair who are sitting in the laps of foreign powers as did their ancestors. Always remember that East Pakistan mantra is a total different story. Being Nuclear Power, every body will stop at a certain line in teasing business and then these princelings will look back and find no body behind. Those with them will be abandoned to waves in open see.
