FAISALABAD: I would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned towards the way Sunday and Friday bazaars in Faisalabad are managed. The local administration has failed to provide good quality eatables and other commodities at these markets. Moreover, they have also failed to maintain affordable prices. One of the main purposes of holding such bazaars is to facilitate the common man by minimising the impact of the burgeoning inflation rate and the local administration has failed to fulfill this purpose.
I request the authorities concerned to ensure the presence of executive officers at these bazaars to check the quality and prices of the items on sale and address the complaints of the people.
