By-elections: Fiza Gilani might contest from her father's seat
NA-151 was left vacant after the Supreme Court disqualified Gilani from the post of prime minister on Tuesday.

MULTAN: Fiza Gilani, daughter of Yousaf Raza Gilani, might contest the by-elections for her father’s seat NA-151 Multan after his disqualification, Express News reported on Wednesday.
According to sources, the final decision regarding Fiza contesting the election has not been taken yet, but the issue is under consideration. Gilani has two other sons, Qadir Gilani who is an MPA from Rahim Yar Khan and Ali Musa Gilani who was also recently elected as an MNA on Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s seat.
The NA-151 seat was left vacant after the Supreme Court disqualified Gilani from the post of prime minister on Tuesday. He is ineligible to contest elections for five years.
Express News Multan bureau chief Shakeel Anjum reported that it is still unsure who will contest for the seat from Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
Sikandar Bosan, also contesting for the seat, had shifted his allegiance from Pakistan Muslim League – Quaid (PML-Q) to Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI), and the latter has decided to boycott the by-elections. However, Bosan told Express News that he will not leave the constituency empty and either he or his brother will contest the elections on the seat.
Malik Ishaq Bucha will also be contesting for the seat from PML-Nawaz.

This is similar to Lallu Prasad appointing his wife Rabri devi as CM of Bihar after he was found guilty by Patna High court. By this method, Lallu continued to rule Bihar state. For Heaven’s sake, please don’t follow these examples. I always believe that, in a democracy, the family members of politicians are entitled to contest elections, albeit on their own strength which many times is missing. I wish you guys best of luck

Yes she is right on her this stance because her one brother is MNA,2nd brother is MPA and how it is possible that she doesn’t have any seat in any assembly therefore this is why she is planning to take part in by-elections in NA 151 on her father’s seat so that Gillani’s family could be shown as complete political family and could take revenge from the nation for the forcibly termination of their father Yousuf Raza Gillani from the premiership because PPP says that democracy is much the best,excellent,most authentic,powerful and most impressive way of revenge.
