The court may ask its own parties for the purpose, probably the same group who had filed a petition for PM’s disqualification.

It has been the massage of a free judiciary that all the state functionary are under the law of the state but not beyond that which they are experiencing over a long span of time . May God bless Chief justice and the free judiciary which is the only beacon of hope for the entire country.Recommend

Topi drama of the SC. Why cant they summon the generals? They uphold law and constitution only when it comes to the civilians. Never said no to military coups in our entire history. CJ was about to summon army chief a day before arslan iftikhar case, what happened now? Just talk and no action. So sick of it
