Solid waste disposal: Albayrak to be paid Rs100 million

Initially, the company is operating in 16 union councils.

LAHORE: The Finance Department has released Rs100 million to the Solid Waste Management Company as payment to Turkish company, Albayrak, which is collecting solid waste in the city. The Lahore Waste Management Company inked an agreement with Albayrak last April for lifting solid waste. Initially, the company is operating in 16 union councils.
