Waheeda Shah case: Court orders decision within 14 days

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has directed the Sindh High Court to resolve Pakistan People’s Party member Waheed Shah’s disqualification case within two weeks as the PS-53 constituency in Tando Muhammad Khan is being deprived of representation. A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry also transferred the case from SHC Hyderabad registry to the principal seat in Karachi and fixed the hearing on June 11. Rasheed A Rizwi appeared on behalf of Waheeda Shah.
