India & I
CLEARWATER, FL, US: This is with reference to Amber Darr’s article of May 23 titled “India & I”. I admire the writer’s courage, confidence and command of the English language.
I am an Indian and I always thought that Partition was a big mistake. However, if I put myself in the shoes of Jinnah and others, I can understand why it was inevitable. We cannot forget history, but we can heal the past. We can maintain our own identity, but still be cousins. I would hate to call myself an Indian, if India ever tried to invade or dominate Pakistan. I also understand what the writer is saying with regard to the feeling towards India that most ordinary Pakistanis have. A heartfelt thank you to the writer.

Who were these men?
Yaar tu toh serious ho gaya……It is good that Indians and Pakistanis have started to figt on the internet….This is a kind of ventilation of anger and WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID WAR….Future leaders of india and Pakistan would know each other’s mindset…
