LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice (CJ) Sheikh Azmat Saeed on Wednesday refused to hear two identical petitions for personal reasons against Yousuf Raza Gilani holding the prime minister’s office despite being convicted on contempt of court charges. The CJ referred the matter to the registrar office of the LHC for its fixation to some other bench of the LHC. Pakistan Tehrik-e-Inqilab chairman, Rana Ilamudin Ghazi and Advocate Shahid Naseem Gondal had filed the petitions through their counsel AK Dogar.
