If you’re feeling flabby, frumpy and foul lately, how about you hear a bit about the kind of time and investment celebs put into keeping themselves fit all the time and feel a bit motivated to get off the couch and try some of these diets or routines.

Rihanna’s five segment routine

Singer Rihanna makes sure she fits in a 25-minute exercise plan, broken down into five segments, in her daily schedule, even if it means training at 2 am. The workout consists walking at least 10,000 steps a day, jogging or skipping, repetitive cardio exercises for the upper body, lower body and abs.

“Rihanna looks amazing right now. I have put her on a special 25-minute-a-day workout that consists of five mini workouts. She does it five days a week, wherever she is in the world,”
contactmusic.com quoted her trainer Harley Pasternak as saying.

Besides her exercise plan, Rihanna has also been advised to eat regularly throughout the day, and she also gets a treat day when she can gorge on whatever she desires.”She eats five small meals and snacks a day. These are made up of healthy carbohydrates like vegetables and fruit, healthy fats, like nuts or avocado, low-fat protein, whole grains and sugar-free drinks like green tea,” said Pasternak.

Middleton’s love for Pilates

Duchess Kate Middleton’s younger sister Pippa Middleton never slows down. Two weeks after finishing a June triathlon in Woodstock, England, Pippa Middleton competed in Scotland’s Highland Cross race, a 20-mile run and 30-mile bike ride. “She does it all: tennis, swimming and running,” an insider tells Us Weekly. But the 5-foot-9 single stunner’s true love —hour-long Pilates sessions.

“I always leave feeling calm,” Pippa has said about her workouts. “I have noticed a huge difference in my core strength.”

And, of course, the sessions help form her famous body part.”The kneeling one-legged pull gives her bottom that pert and round shape. She takes her workouts seriously,” revealed one of Pippa’s pals.

Taylor Lautner diet

Taylor Lautner isn’t a naturally strong guy, but his career depended on becoming brawny. Between the first and second Twilight films, his character grew into a powerful werewolf. That meant he needed to gain 30 pounds of muscle in a year.

“Inexperience works to your advantage,” says Jordan Yuam, Lautner’s trainer. “The less muscle you have, the easier it is to gain muscle mass more quickly.” The trainer also suggests eating right and following a smart, strategic workout regimen.

When asked about his diet, Yuam revealed that Taylor had to consume a surplus of calories and eat every two hours so he could add muscle. His diet was high on protein and included eggs, vegetables, fish and chicken.

His athletic routine included martial arts and weight training. During his initial stages, Lautner was at the gym five days a week for two hours every day and at one point, he would work out seven days straight. He carried this on for nine months.
