Word Of Caution: Mushahid wants SC decision respected

Events of 1977, 1999, 2009 should be remembered and the decisions of the Supreme Court should be given due respect.

ISLAMABAD: The leadership should show wisdom and take necessary steps to avoid any clash between institutions so that no one from the barracks could take advantage of this situation, Secretary General Pakistan Muslim League - Quaid (PML-Q) Senator Mushahid Hussain Syed said on Wednesday.  Addressing the launching ceremony of “Will and Skill” written by Mowahid Hussain Shah, Mushahid said decisions of the Supreme Court should be implemented in letter and spirit. He said if anyone wants to launch Long March it should be against price hike, terrorism and shortage of energy. Syed said mistakes of the past should not be repeated and the leaders should learn lessons from their past. The events of 1977, 1999 and 2009 should be remembered and the decisions of the Supreme Court should be given due respect and honour, he added.
