This is a smaller event in the US which uncustomarily brought very good talent. Butt was in no condition to play and had to decide whether to risk further injury. Butt is planning to train and re-emerge as a major player on the world stage bringing respect and praise to the Pakistan Squash Federation. Hopefully the ban will be lifted so that he can obtain the training he needs in Pakistan.
