ABBOTABAD: It has been four days since Hina Bashir fell from the third floor of a building and the police are still waiting for her to wake up from coma to record her statement.

The police have recovered her earring from the second floor of the building, which suggests that it was forcibly removed from her ear.

Her broken cell phone and a silver bangle have also been found from the first floor, and according to the police, the second year student was carrying a Rs50 note in her right hand when she fell.

The police have a firm belief the girl was pushed by someone and the investigating team said they have found some “vital evidence” to support their position.

However, it is unclear why the girl was in the building in the first place, which currently has only two occupied rooms.

According to a medical officer, the girl’s skull was fractured in addition to her arm, leg and spinal cord.

Doctors have already performed a surgery on her, but she slipped into a coma. Another medical officer ruled out the possibility of a sexual assault, saying there were no marks to support the theory.
