KARACHI:

Chief Justice Musheer Alam of the Sindh High Court issued bailable warrants for the arrest of a man who took away his son from his ex-wife and went underground.

S filed the petition seeking custody of her four-year-old son Z, who was allegedly taken away by her former husband I. She alleged that the marriage could not survive and they separated legally after which she married another man.

After her second marriage, ‘I’ came and took away Z to Punjab without her consent.

On Wednesday, the bench heard her lawyer and ordered the Inspector General of Punjab to find the father and son and produce them before the SHC.

The CJ ordered the warrants to be issued through the district and sessions judge of Toba Tek Singh.
