Customer outreach: PTCL reaches out to students

PTCL says its sales team set up a month-long facilitation camp at the university campus

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has said that it recently engaged students of Bahadur Khan Women’s University in Quetta as part of its nationwide customer outreach initiative. In a press release, PTCL says its sales team set up a month-long facilitation camp at the university campus, which provided students with information about the company’s products and services. Students were also given classroom briefings on PTCL’s student package. “The event generated keen interest among the students as well as the university staff,” it says. According to PTCL, the university has allotted a permanent notice board for regular promotion and information about the company’s products and services. A focal person of the company will also help students with service provision and friendly customer care.
