Heinous crime: 10 yr old girl raped, tortured to death

A 10-year-old girl, Kaniza Rukia, was found critically injured at the Dadu-Moro link road here late on Saturday evening, and later succumbed to her wounds as she was being taken to hospital. Dr Kausar Shah said that the girl’s body bore numerous torture marks. She added that the girl might also have been sexually assaulted, though it could not be confirmed yet. Rukia’s father, Imdad Solangi, is a labourer, and said that his daughter had left home at around 10pm to go to a nearby shop. Solangi added that he had no enmity with anyone and that he would register an FIR after Rukia’s soyem. Aftab Ahmed Soomro

The criminals responsible for this must be brought to justice. I recall how abducted and tortured children's files are kept open until the case is settled in the US. Even if it takes twenty of thirty years, the different child killers in the US are tracked down and served justice.
