Cricket: Committee to resolve Yousuf’s issue

The league was postponed after defending champions Abahani refused to play their match against Victoria.

DHAKA: The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President Kamal has formed a four-member committee to resolve the issue surrounding the participation of former Pakistan captain Mohammad Yousuf in the Dhaka Premier League. The committee has been instructed to find a solution after speaking to all the stake holders. The league was postponed after defending champions Abahani refused to play their match against Victoria as they included Yousuf who joined them allegedly with a fake transfer certificate from another team Mohammedan.
