A three-day film festival will begin at the Forman Christian College on Monday (today). The 5th Vasakh Film Festival has been organised by the Department of Mass Communication in collaboration with the Interactive Resource Centre.
As many as 25 educational institutes will participate in the event. FCC Rector Dr Peter Armacost is expected to inaugurate the festival. The participants will compete in the fiction and documentary genres. Participants from six foreign universities have been invited to the festival, which include the University of Oslo, Norwary; the Delhi University, India; and the Murdoch University, Australia.
