Outcry: Govt warned on opening NATO supply

Difa-e-Pakistan Council staged a rally in Peshawar against the possible reopening.

MIRANSHAH/ PESHAWAR: Anticipating the reopening of Nato supply routes, the Difa-e-Pakistan Council (DPC) staged a rally in Peshawar on Friday, while a grand Jirga in North Waziristan Agency delivered a stern warning to the government against such a move. They warned the government of dire consequences if it restored the Nato supply route, adding that they would not allow even one single Nato container to cross into Afghanistan.
