Passengers foil attempted bus robbery in Karachi

One of two robbers beaten up and handed over to the police, accomplice flees scene.

KARACHI: Passengers caught and beat up one of  two robbers who attempted to rob passengers on board a bus in Kharadar on Wednesday, Express News reported.

The robbery was underway in a passenger bus near the Agha Khan Jamaat Khana when the passengers caught one of the robbers red-handed.

The robber was then beaten up and handed over to the police, while his accomplice fled the scene.

and the police must have allowed him to run free too .. after providing him with a safe shelter and an apology on behalf of the public .. isn't that how our security system operates?
