LDA auction: Five plots sold for Rs43.6m

Price of each marla was approved by the State Bank of Pakistan evaluators.

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Wednesday auctioned five plots worth Rs43.6 million. An open auction of four commercial and one residential plot was held at the LDA Community Centre in New Muslim Town.


Member of the LDA auction committee comprising the LDA finance director, the estate management director and the land development director held the auction.

The price of each marla was approved by the State Bank of Pakistan evaluators. Two commercial plots, 229.64 square metres and 230.10 square metres, in Civic Centre, Sabazar, were sold at Rs650,000 per marla.

Two commercial plots, each measuring 250.90 square meters, in Johar Town’s Block-H/3 were sold at Rs1.12 million per marla. A 114 sq metres residential plot in Block-P was sold for Rs410,000.
