The demolition crew found two volumes of the Bible from Osama bin Laden’s hideout in Abbottabad, Express News reported on Wednesday.
According to security officials, the Bible copies were in the English language and had certain lines of text highlighted.
It is being speculated that Laden had used these religious books for coded communication.
Apart from copies of the Bible, the demolition crew also found two radio sets from the compound.
Bulldozers on February 27 finished demolishing the hideout and only the wall of the compound remain intact, surrounding the debris of the three-storey building. Security forces guarding the compound refuse to let anyone inside.
The triple-storey house, built over an area of 38,000 square feet and worth Rs85 million, was under the control of the security forces and police since the May 2011 raid.

@bigsaf: Your analysis is spot on but that only deals with justice angle in respect of a person for his acts of ommissions and commissions. However, there is a bigger aspect of change of heart of person who might have killed many hundreds or thousands but is repentent for his misdeeds is pardoned by the one Almighty God Who had created and is governing the whole universe including our earth planet. There are many in this world including Pakistan who due to hatred towards other communities kill them and consider this unholy and henious act as a service to their religion. For such misguided people, change of heart ie tolerance toward other faiths is being secular which is the most important change in their lives and not keeping holy books of other religions, as rightly pointed out by you.

This is a good example of how Pakistan looks at the world in comparison to many others. Nobody but Pakistan cared that there were bibles in there or found it suspect for any reason.

America has been spreading rumors to the effect that the copies of the Quran were being used by those incarcerated in OCCUPATION FORCES JAILS to pass messages to each other for the purpose of disrupting the jail-routine. America has now probably asked its client state of Pakistan to provide credence to American lies. Pakistan is now suggesting UBL was using the BIBLE for passing messages. If such a preposterous fulmination as the suggestion that the Bible was used pass secret messages gets traction then it provides greater probability for the public to accept that the Quran being used for passing messages.

If you dig it further deep, you will find the tunnels through which OBL was going for prayers in nearby church.

Bibles was there because the frequent visitors were all CIA operators who were to staying for years on ground floor and made sure till end that OBL stay on third story and could not escape till 2may-----DRAMA OF CIA TO FOOL THEIR OWN PEOPLE

Seems to be a typing mistake as it shows worth Rs 85 million. Thats too much for a house in outskirts of AbbotAbad. Instead it could be Rs 8.5 million.
May be OBL was considering converting to Christianity and become a monk somewhere in US.

Just wondering why the demolition took almost 2 days. This could have been done in seconds by planting explosives inside and thats it.. I think this is how building, bridges etc are demolished all over the world.
OBL could have done with a better architect. What an ungly building it was! Those high walls should aslo be demolished.
Build trees and make it a national park.
