KARACHI: Sindh Sports Minister Dr Muhammad Ali Shah has announced a grant of Rs500,000 for ailing former international boxer Jan Muhammad Baloch, who is suffering from cancer. “These former sportsmen are assets of the country and deserve proper attention from concerned authoriteis in times of need,” said Shah. Last year Baloch was presented a Legend Award for his services in fist-fighting as boxer and coach.
