SUKKUR: The decapitated body of Salman Khokhar was finally found from a pool of stagnant water near the cafeteria of the district and sessions court of Larkana on Monday night. The boy had been kidnapped on February 3 and his head was found wrapped in plastic from a heap of garbage near Waleed Mohallah. The police took the body into custody and the father, Ghulam Mustafa Khokhar, identified it. It was sent to the forensic laboratory at the DIG’s office where it was finger printed. Ghulam Mustafa had nominated his cousins, Shabbir and Bashir Khokhar for the murder. In 2003, Mustafa himself had beheaded the sons of his cousins over a land dispute. Although he had paid a fine and served five years in jail, Shabbir and Basheer are suspected of killing his son for revenge. Parts of the body of Shabbir’s son are still missing.
