ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Privatisation Rana Asif Tauseef has rebutted news regarding his joining Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI), describing it as impossible for him to leave his party. “The leadership of Pakistan Muslim League Quaid-e-Azam (PML-Q) is capable enough to bring the country out of crises. I have full confidence in my leadership and will remain with my party,” said the minister in a statement issued on Tuesday. He said he will not join PTI because in politics, there is no concept of fast innings and politics should not be considered as a cricket ground. Rana Asif said that PML-Q leaders Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Parvaiz Elahi have the capability to bring the country out of crises. “Their past performance shows that they are capable leaders and they are committed to the betterment of the people”.
