Lollywood actor-turned-director Reema Khan is set to get married to US-based Pakistani Dr Tariq Shahab, reports the thenewstribe.com. Sources close to Shahab confirmed that the wedding cards have also been printed.
The acclaimed actor and director, whose latest venture Love Mein Ghum was released on Eidul Fitr this year, will tie the knot in Washington, America. It has been reported that 300 people have been invited to the wedding ceremony. Reema is currently in Washington with family and friends for pre-wedding celebrations and dholkis.
Both the nikkah and rukhsati of the Golden Girl of Lollywood will take place on November 18. The plan is that, following the wedding, Reema will remain in Washington for a couple of weeks before returning to Pakistan.
Shahab graduated from Dow Medical College University of Karachi before heading for the US for further training in cardiovascular diseases. He completed his Internal Medicine residency training at the University Of Michigan Medical Centre where he was awarded the Outstanding Resident of the Year Award.

@Babloo: 200,000 US DOLLARS is a lot of money. We are talking about US DOLLARS here and not rupees. If he saved up, he is probably already a rich millionare. Reema did a great job marrying an educated respectable Pakistani Muslim doctor. It doesn't matter how he looks like and where he is working...Reema is going to be respected so much now because she has entered a respectable family. Other Pakistani actresses should also learn from Reema.

Marrying with an old man/young lady or young man/old lady is truly legitimate and this standard has been set up for us by our beloved Prophet(PBUH). Now concerning issue that its sin, I m surpised,can someone explain me how this marriage happen to be sin for reema? Age n wealth r some issues we should let them to be handle by girl and boy, why people are geting worried? Wish her good luck, atleast one girl is going to be married. Dont be pathetic people...there is no guarentee that younger man can give her more happiness and live longer life than an older guy..May she get all love, happiness, health and success in upcoming life...!!!

Internal medicine doctors are poor doctors in America. Most earn less than 200k/year. This doctor cannot financially support Reema in my opinion
