ISLAMABAD:
There is a need to invest in human capital and building institutions for the adoption and creation of knowledge. This was said by Lt Gen. (Retd) Athar Ali, Chancellor and Secretary of Defence, during the convocation of Foundation University Institute of Engineering and Management Sciences (FUI) here on Tuesday. A total of 210 engineering and management science students graduated. Ali awarded five gold medals and 52 merit certificates. The best graduating student award was presented to Zubaida Rani.
