ISLAMABAD: The allegations levelled by former Sindh home minister Zulfiqar Mirza are not of an ordinary nature and cannot be brushed aside, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan said on Monday. A press release issued by his party quoted him as calling for a formal judicial inquiry to ascertain the veracity of the allegations. He also urged the Supreme Court to summon Mirza and Sindh’s Education Minister Pir Mazharul Haq in this regard. Khan said Sindh was facing the worst floods in its history, affecting over five million people, “but the rulers are away on holidays in Europe”. PRESS RELEASE
