China has a population unaware of family related emotions. Kids in China do not know what it is like to have a brother, sister, aunt or uncle. All greatness lies with their weird policy of allowing single child birth. With a little development of allowing a duo in our part of the world, we are doing no less harm. Governments have no right to implement laws killing personal choices! The PML-N leader needs an appoinment with a psychiatrist.Recommend

Although I am in the favor of having 2 or fewer kids, but it is matter of shame for the people sitting in Assemblies that they want to interfere with matters which are in between couple. This type of noble ideas from assemblies are likely to pop up in future as well, as you can’t expect any good from Illiterate and Bogus assembly members which are unfortunately selected by our nation.If our higher ops really want to control the growth they must make some plan and educate masses for having less kids.The so called minister of population Dr Firdos Ashiq Awan is doing what , just come on Talk shows and giving lame excuses for ill doings of her govt. More serious approach is required for addressing this problem , our people are very shy , these people to be approched by well trained health workers so that they should be told that what methods to be adopted for population control rather than imposing tax on kids.Recommend

See if this bill will pass , as my few friends in above thread mention that this idea is good in order to curb the tendency of having more than 2 kids by unemployed men those are living in villages. So don’t we think we are sending all those people who are poor that kill or bury their kids alive if they have more than 2 kids, if a people can kill their kids even after the age of 5 years when one person already developed love to the kids than they will definitely kill their new born in order to avoid taxes.I think people wherever they are may be in villages they should be properly educated about family planning so that they can themselves decide and use precautions. First of all the ethnic clean-up of Pukhtuns through self-waged wars and now to implement a system to totally paralyze this ethnicity! Today its this, tomorrow it’ll be to eat two times, sleep half a night etc etc, they are making life more miserable.
