BADIN: Gastroenteritis has claimed the lives of two children during the last week and left more than 50 people hospitalised. The primary cause for this rapid spread in disease is due to the fact that a large number of people in Badin are forced to rely on contaminated water sources. The worst-affected areas include Talhar, Rajo Khanani, Piro Lashari, Ghulam Shah Mori and Rip Sharif.
