Security forces killed 10 militants in Orakzai and arrested five from Hangu on Saturday following an encounter at Nandu checkpost in the area.
Sources said the terrorists belong to Orakzai Agency. Six more militants were injured as jets pounded four hideouts in Orakzai.
This comes ten days after the army claimed to have cleared the Orakzai Agency of militants after a three-month-old operation in the region.
