ABBOTABAD:

Advisor to the prime minister Ahmed Yar Hiraj has claimed that Pakistan Muslim League- Quaid (PML-Q) will ensure the creation of the Hazara and Southern Punjab provinces before the next elections.

Speaking to the media after a meeting with Tehrik Suba Hazara Chief Baba Haider Zaman on Friday, he said that the creation was imperative for the integrity of the country.

He added that the new provinces will help reduce administrative problems and will also help people living in remote areas of the provinces avail their rights with ease.

Hiraj said that the working council of the PML-Q had adopted a unanimous resolution for the creation of the provinces and had put it forward as one of their conditions before joining the PPP-led coalition government.
