Security Measures: Sindh IG meets Rehman Malik

KARACHI: Sindh Inspector General of Police (IGP) Wajid Ali Durrani met the federal interior minister, Rehman Malik, and briefed him on the steps being taken to improve the law and order situation. They met at Chief Minister House. According to a press release, police patrolling has been increased, especially in Karachi. The IGP spoke of measures being taken to curb target killing and crime in the city, as well. Malik asked Durrani to make sure that these criminal elements are stopped.
