Hillary Clinton phones Gillani, discusses war on terror

CIA Chief, Leon Panetta to visit Pakistan soon.

ISLAMABAD: United States Secretary of State Hilary Clinton phoned Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Thursday to discuss a range of issues.

The main issue discussed was the ongoing War Against Terrorism.

Clinton discussed Pakistan's future course of action in dealing with the growing terror threat in Pakistan.

She said that there still remained a large number of al-Qaeda members in the country who pose a serious threat not only to Pakistan, but also to the United States.

Clinton added that the US appreciates Pakistan's efforts in combating terrorism.

She added that CIA Chief Leon Panetta will soon be visiting Pakistan.

The phone call comes as Diplomatic ties between Pakistan and the United States improve following last months Abbottabad Operation.

This was dressing down and instructions and also Clinton having prior knowledge of the mess that Pak Army & ISI made of the Bomb Factories in SW &NW whereby the bad guys just vanished, after US shared the info!!!!
