KARACHI: Sindh High Court’s Chief Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi warned the state, federal agencies and law enforcers not to deal with the cases of missing persons “casually”. Ali Khan filed a petition claiming that Sachal Rangers arrested him and his brothers, Akbar Khan, Momin Khan and Hazrat Khan, from their house on February 12 and took them to an unknown place. Later, he and Hazrat were released while Akbar and Momin are still in ‘illegal’ custody. On Tuesday, Sachal Rangers submitted a written reply and denied holding the two brothers in custody. The bench ordered the investigations DIG to submit a report in 10 days.
