Bootlegging: Police seize 320 liquor bottles
Police arrested two brothers on charges of selling alcohol without a license.
SIALKOT:
Police have seized 320 imported bottles of liquor and arrested two brothers on charges of selling alcohol without a license, after a raid at a house in the Bogarha neighbourhood of Sialkot on Sunday. Police estimate that the liquor is worth hundreds of thousands of rupees. According to an initial investigation, police claim that the two brothers – Hameed Masih and Kashif Masih – bought the alcohol from a high-end hotel in Lahore and were planning on selling it in Sialkot during Easter.
