Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Sarfraz Ahmed is set to return home from the current tour of Australia following news of his mother's illness.
Junaid to replace Irfan for Australia ODIs
Pakistan Cricket Board has confirmed the news and said that the 29-year-old will be leaving for home in the next available flight. His replacement is yet to be announced.
