When Deepika Padukone was mistaken for Priyanka Chopra

This is not the first time

It seems like Hollywood just cannot get the names of Bollywood celebrities right.

According to Hindustan Times,  a popular Hollywood YouTube channel by the name of X17Online Videos mistook actor Deepika Padukone for Priyanka Chopra.

The channel posted a video of Deepika at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and titled it, "Priyanka Chopra says she hasn’t thought about New Year’s resolution, arriving at LAX."



As always, fans were quick to point out the error in the headline and it was changed soon after.

But that was not the end of it. The channel went on to name Priyanka instead of Deepika in the description of the video as well.

“Deepika Padukone looks lovely in a navy coat, skinny blue jeans and tan high heels as she arrives in Los Angeles after celebrating part of her holidays in India," the paragraph read. "Chopra laughs, commenting, 'I haven’t thought about it,' when asked what her New Year’s resolution is.”



Obviously Twitter went crazy and pointed out the glaring error. The channel later corrected the slip up.

Previously, the Bajirao Mastani star was labeled as 'a female companion' by UK tabloid Daily Mail when she was alongside Tennis star Novak Djokovic.
