China-pakistan trade ties: Women entrepreneurs visit China 

Ambassador Masood Khalid welcomed the delegation and the Chinese guests

KARACHI: A delegation of Pakistan’s women entrepreneurs is currently visiting China to explore new avenues with their Chinese counterparts. This was the first ever women delegation arranged by Trade Development Authority of Pakistan on a visit to China, under the directives of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, for developing business and trade ties with Chinese side in multiple fields. The Embassy of Pakistan hosted a reception for the high level women delegation of entrepreneurs, said a message here Monday. The delegation consisted of 10 members, headed by TDAP Secretary Rabiya Javeri Agha. A number of Chinese companies dealing in textile, media, culture, trade and education present. Ambassador Masood Khalid welcomed the delegation and the Chinese guests and said that this was the first ever women entrepreneurs delegation on a visit to China in recent years.
