RAWALPINDI: Dengue fever cases have registered a sharp decrease in the city during the last three days, said Executive District Officer (EDO) Health Dr Arshad Ali Sabir on Wednesday. The EDO said that 13 patients checked in on Sunday, 19 on Monday and only 16 on Tuesday as against 20 to 25 patients that were being brought in at allied hospitals daily. Sabir expressed hope that in the coming days, the dengue virus threat would decline with the drop in temperature.
