Security threats: Ghalanai’s main market shut down  

Explaining their plan of action he said that the market will be made secure with the help of Levies Force

SHABQADAR: In the wake of a terror threat, the Mohmand administration has closed the agency’s Ghalanai main market on Tuesday. Political Agent Mohmand Mehmod Aslam Wazir made a surprising visit to the main market and met with market committee and shop keepers. Owing to the insufficient security, he later ordered to shut down the main market till further orders. When contacted, APA headquarter Hasebur Rehman told The Express Tribune, that the market was closed because of the lack of security arrangement. He added that the decision was taken in a tribal Jirga. Explaining their plan of action he said that the market will be made secure with the help of local market committee and the Levies Force. He also said that security SOPs will be made for markets, mosques and other public places.
