Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

Although Mercury’s retrograde cycle ends today, by no means does this suggest you can ignore those minor facts that have become so important and, often, such a nuisance. On the contrary, events have unearthed information that you’d assumed was of little significance to others. In no way is that the case.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

Recent clashes weren’t exactly easy to deal with, at least at the time. But looking back on them, you’re beginning to realise they forced certain ‘forbidden’ issues to the surface. While you’ve avoided these for fear of the resulting upset, being able to talk things over openly is a huge relief.

Gemini | May 20 – June 19

Those who call attention to every minor error or demand misunderstandings be dealt with immediately tend not to be popular. Nobody likes their mistakes being pointed out. Yet judging by this week’s planetary activity, it’s not only vital, what you and others learn will be hugely informative, if not life-changing.

Cancer | June 20 – July 21

The last thing you want to do is upset anybody. However, with Mercury linking powerfully to Pluto, the planet of uncompromising truth, twice this week, there’s no way you can avoid raising and discussing even provocative issues. However, since this aspect influences everybody, others will have to be just as forthright.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

It’s worth thinking back to your reaction when you first heard about September’s two eclipses, and the unsettling events and changes they’d trigger. At the time you worried about their impact on arrangements that are have become part of your life. Actually, in these, changes aren’t just wise, they’re long overdue.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

While each sign is influenced by the confusion triggered by Mercury’s retrograde cycle, because it’s your ruling planet, you tend feel responsible for yourself, and for others. Now that this period’s coming to an end, and you’re finally able to talk things over, you’ll realise how beneficial its twists and turns were.

Libra | September 22 – October 21

September’s pair of eclipses lived up to their reputation as astronomical phenomenon, for shaking things up. Worrying as the resulting chaos might have been at the time, now that you’re viewing these events in retrospect, you’re not only relieved they took place, with each passing day you’re more delighted.

Scorpio | October 22 – November 20

The truth can take on many forms. While some are obvious, the issues you’re dealing with now are veiled in the shadows of unspoken facts, doubt and, more than anything, misunderstandings. The best solution for this is to approach the individuals involved with loving kindness. That won’t be easy but can achieve miracles.

Sagittarius | November 21 – December 20

In early August, Mars, the planet of ego and energy, moved into Sagittarius, for a lengthy stay. Since then, you’ve taken action on a range of crucial matters. But a few remain to be dealt with. Aim to tackle these before the 27th, when Mars departs your sign, ending this cycle.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 19

Usually, once you’ve gathered information or made a plan, you stick with what you know. Which means you could have been ignoring the valuable insights triggered by eclipses on the 1st, and last Friday, on the 16th. Ironically, these unsettling events are prompting you to rethink ideas you’ve regarded as unchanging.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 18

Each sign and every individual is influenced by Mercury’s retrograde cycle, which is just ending, in their own way. While others may have struggled with complex errors, you’ve learnt a great deal and, in certain situations, laughed a lot. Still, amusing as the confusion has been, you won’t miss it.

Pisces | February 19 – March 19

For several weeks you’ve noticed that those you’re close to, at home or in the workplace, have seemed uncertain of their facts. This is no surprise. Rather, with the retrograde Mercury accenting these, it was inevitable. Which also means now that Mercury’s resuming forward motion, there’ll be less confusion.
