The Republican nominee will address the Hindu American supporters in New Jersey on September 24.

Social media is abuzz with news that US Republican nominee Donald Trump will address a charity event for the "benefit of victims of terror particularly Kashmiri Pundits and Hindu refugees from Bangladesh."

Trump will reportedly address Hindu American supporters in New Jersey at the event which will have B-town stars in attendance.

Shahid Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Ameesha Patel, Kanika Kapoor, Prabhu Dheva and spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar are among the big names that will perform at the rally hosted by the Republican Hindu Coalition (RHC) on September 24, according to the Hindustan Times.

The charity event titled Humanity United Against Terror claims that the Bollywood stars will also be meeting Trump in an exclusive meet-and-greet session.



Donald Trump is mainstreaming hate in America

The money raised from the event will be donated to the victims of terrorism, particularly Kashmiri Pandits and Hindu refugees from Bangladesh.

"Trump will be with us for nearly four hours,” Shalabh Kumar, founder of RHC, told Hindustan Times.

However, it is not yet clear if the event will actually take place as Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's picture has already disappeared from the promotional posters and Shahid Kapoor's representative has denied any knowledge of the event. We guess we'll have to wait and watch.
